Today's the Day - A product developed after years of testing daily planner tools for lawyers with ADHD. This daily planning post-it allows you to start fresh each day and plan out your tasks and time so that you are ready to tackle your list without making decisions about priorities later in the day (when it is harder to do so). Made of recycled paper and includes detailed instructions on how to use the pad effectively so that you can get on top of your work.

  • CODES:

    • E/C ___ Time = Enter/close your (M, T, W, Tr, F) time
    • TtD = Today’s the Day, as in, make your plan by completing the post-it
    • Notice = A brief 2-3 sentences you write in your activation journal after completing your TtD post-it to reflect on how you’re doing as you prepare to begin working (e.g., tired, distracted, hungry, ready to go, etc.)

    HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR TtD POST-IT:

    • Write the day of the week and the month/date (10/28) at the top of the post-it
    • Write the time you begin your TtD post-it on the first line of the right side column next to TtD & Notice
    • Write yesterday’s day abbreviation (M, T, W, Tr, F) in the blank next to E/C on the first line of the left side column
    • List your work tasks in the left side column
    • List any pressing personal tasks or reminders in the bottom open space
    • Plan your day by prioritizing your tasks and scheduling time to do them on the right side column by writing your start times for each task using the space around the : , but don’t forget time for lunch, breaks, etc.
    • Don’t forget to move! Plan how you’ll spend ~30 minutes moving your body on the Move line
